Meet The Team
Daniel Faircloth
Senior Project Manager
- Is a Veteran, served in The Navy, 2 tours of duty, Operation Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom, worked on Weapon Elevators on USS Dwight D Eisenhower.
- Has worked in the Elevator industry for 20+ years. He has been an Elevator Foreman for Top Elevator Repair Companies. He has a broad technical background working Commercial Buildings, Residential/Homes, Oil Rigs, Industrial Plants, Refineries and Tugboats.
- Happily married with 5 kids.
- Involved in Veteran charities, Helping Heroes, American Redcross, Gulf Coast Division and PAWS for Heroes.
He is involved in his children’s school activities from Football, Volleyball and Baseball practices and is a strong Faith Based Believer.
Valor-Lift Weapon Elevators LLC was created, because Daniel saw how customers were being taken advantage of in terms of pricing and service. He wanted to offer, Something Different. Something Better. Something Valor.
Valor means doing what is right when no one is looking, transparency, honesty, going above and beyond. Basically, to Serve One Another.
So, he decided to take a leap of Faith and form Valor-Lift Elevators, LLC, to restore Honor and Service to the Weapon Elevators Industry.
Dwight Chavez
Midwest Owner Operator
Meet Dwight Chavez, our Midwest Owner Operator. Dwight has six years of experience in the elevator services industry and nine years as an electrician. He is proudly enrolled in the Navajo tribe in New Mexico and demonstrates unwavering commitment and hard work in everything he does.
Outside of work, Dwight is a dedicated husband and father to eight wonderful children. He actively participates in their school activities and sports, showcasing his strong commitment to family. Dwight believes that “valor” means embracing challenges with courage and striving for excellence in every aspect of life. Known for his approachable and down-to-earth demeanor, he spreads joy and positivity to everyone around him, making him a valued member of the community and a key asset to our team.
