Daniel Faircloth

Senior Project Manager

Is a Veteran, served in The Navy, 2 tours of duty, Operation Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom, worked on Weapons Elevator on USS Dwight D Eisenhower.
Has worked in the Elevator industry for 20+ years. He has been an Elevator Foreman for Top Elevator Repair Companies in Houston. He has a broad technical background working Commercial Building, Residential/Homes, Oil Rigs, Industrial Plants, Refineries and Tugboats.
Happily married with 5 kids.
Involved in Veteran charities, Helping Heroes, American Redcross, Gulf Coast Division and PAWS for Heroes.

He is involved in his children’s school activities from Football, Volleyball and Baseball practices and is a strong Faith Based Believer.

Valor-Lift Elevators, LLC was created, because Daniel saw how customers were being taken advantage of in terms of pricing and service. He wanted to offer, Something Different. Something Better. Something Valor.

Valor means doing what is right when no one is looking, transparency, honesty, going above and beyond. Basically, to Serve One Another.

So, he decided to take a leap of Faith and form Valor-Lift Elevators, LLC, to restore Honor and Service to the Elevator Industry.

Jaime Palomo

Senior Project Foreman

Meet Jaime Palomo, a dedicated professional with 10 years of experience in the elevator industry. As a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Jaime has always exemplified courage and commitment in every aspect of his life. Beyond his career, Jaime is a devoted husband and father to three beautiful children. He believes that “valor” is about having the courage to step into the unknown, and face challenges without fear or regret. Known for his down-to- earth nature, Jaime brings joy and laughter to everyone he meets, always striving to brighten the day of those around him. His genuine spirit and unwavering positivity make him a cherished member of any team.

Leyah Morris

Operations Manager

A seasoned manager with nearly 8 years of experience in leadership. A proud mom to one amazing little girl, Leyah knows how to balance both work and family life with grace. With a background in education, she excels in communication, always eager to help others find exactly what they need.
While our technicians are out in the field, Leyah is the cheerful cornerstone that keeps the office running smoothly, ensuring that our clients are always
satisfied and their needs are met. Her warm and efficient approach makes her an invaluable part of the team.
