Proper maintenance is crucial for safety and longevity. We recommend quarterly maintenance visits for residential elevators and monthly service for commercial units in moderate use. Heavy-use commercial elevators may need bi-weekly attention. Our maintenance programs include lubrication of mechanical components, safety device testing, adjustment of door operations, electrical system inspection, and cleaning of critical components. We also perform annual load tests as required by most jurisdictions.
